- All agents operate on a 90/10 commission split.
- A $500 closing administrative fee applies per transaction.
- A one-time onboarding fee of $600 covers the marketing toolkit and training.
- There are no additional fees or hidden costs.

Client Onboarding Team
- MLS Input – All documents prepared by the agent, plus up to two price changes and one open house scheduled
- Listing Document Preparation – Pulling key details (deed, tax card, school info, etc.) and preparing required documents such as RPOADS, MOG, Lead-Based Paint, Vacant Lot Disclosure, Owners Association Disclosure, and WWREA

Pre-Listing Appraisals
